Best shaved ice in Waikiki! Fresh syrups, amazing flavor combos and toppings. The reviews speak for themselves. It's not a storefront, it's a small pop-up type of shop near the sidewalk. The larger island vintage coffee shop is on the second floor right across. The service was relatively fast, but you order off a screen and they call out your name. They can really only comfortably fit 2-3 employees max, so that limits how many orders they can push out.

Shaved ice is the perfect refreshment on a hot summer day! The ice consistency is what makes Island Vintage stand apart from the rest. It's softer than snow cone consistency...think billowy soft ice chips that melt in your mouth. Adding the soft mochi and poppin' boba made the snack extra yummy! The line tends to be long as this is a popular little place on the main road.

Had a chance to visit Island Vintage Shave Ice and glad we did! This place is perfect on a hot summer day aka today - and was exactly what we needed. This is an informal area where you stand in line, get your order and then go along doing what you want to do. The service was quick overall for ordering but took some time to get us our order. We decided to try the Hawaiian Rainbow which was absolutely delicious! This came with mochi, soft serve and shaved ice with three different flavors: coconut spirulina, strawberry and mango. I loved this combination. The portion was perfect to share with the hubby and we relished every bite! The condensed milk it came with also was perfect. This is a little pricey for what you get - it ran us around $11, but you are in a touristy spot. Overall, good experience!

The shaved ice here never lets me down! This is surely our favorite shaved ice on all the island. It comes with gelato inside (if you go to the actual store location instead of the cart in waikiki center, you can have different types of gelato flavors inside - try coconut!) . I recommend always adding a little extra condensed milk and mochi if you like! The cart in waikiki center is always really long lines, so expect it to go really slow if you are going at prime time. The physical store location goes by a lot quicker and you can sit right outside and enjoy your shaved ice!

Probably my favorite shaved ice that I had on the island! 'Heavenly Lilikoi': Passionfruit was slightly tart, while the strawberry was nice and sweet! Shaved ice texture was so SOFT and loved the frozen yogurt in the middle because it added a nice creamy texture to it! Comes with popping boba and mochi too, but the MOCHI omg they were so pillowy and might be some of the best I ever had!? What I love about this place is the fruit syrups they use are made of REAL FRUIT, and you can definitely taste the difference! This is a small stand on Waikiki, and even with long lines, I appreciated that the orders come out pretty quick!

Island Vintage Shave Ice was super a huge surprise for me! I couldn't believe how much I enjoyed their shave ice. It was so good that I came on the first day of my trip and HAD to end my trip with it too. Food 5/5 All of their syrups are made with real fruit and you can definitely tell. I got the strawberry, mango, and lilikoi wjth condensed milk (like cmon how could you not?!) TIP: get the ice cream. You won't regret it! Ambiance 3/5 It looks like a little shack in the heart of Waikiki. You can't miss it because the line is always long! No seating but the mall right by it has benches for you. Okay, the only downside is that it's pretty pricey when you add the extras like condensed milk and ice cream... but cmon it's vacation and you deserve it!

The shave ice was the best ever. When ordering you use a touch screen so no human contact. Everything was pretty self explanatory in my option. I had a shave ice with popping boba and it included some really great flavors with ice-cream inside. It was one of the specialty shave ice. I enjoyed it so much I went back the next day. This place is great and a must try. There is not really any designated seating so you have to find a spot on benches near by.

Got the Heavenly Lilikoi! The toppings are great! Long line but the shave ice looks pretty good. You order with the tablet. It is a bit on the sweeter side, so I didn't finish it all. I like the ice cream inside.

As our trip wound down, most of my meal checklist places were crossed off. After our final dinner, we took the escalator to the ground floor and found ourselves here. The two gals in the stands were efficient and the line moved swiftly. After ordering and paying, the customer walks away from the line area and waits for their order number or name to be called. I was happily surprised by the size as I walked over to my friend sitting on the side. Even at 8:50 pm, it was warm enough that it was already melting, dripping down my fingers as frantically licked it up and spooned some ice to stop the overflow. I liked that there were fresh strawberries to top my ice. I enjoyed the flavors which were distinguishable while not overly sweet. This is a great post meal option if you're dining in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center or nearby and don't see any interesting dessert options where you're dining. Glad I satisfied that craving.
